Lyptus Solid and Engineered Hardwood Flooring Reviews & Quotes
Lyptus manufactures both solid or engineered hardwood flooring. Their product line is versatile. Lyptus hardwood is harvested from Eucalyptus trees, 14-16 years after the tree is planted. The Eucalyptus trees are pruned before going to the mill, so more logs convert to lumber. Lyptus manufactures engineered floor which is available in 3 and 1/4 and 5 inch widths. The engineered floor can then be stapled, glued down or floated during the installation process.
I love your new bench. Did you have to recover it or was it just like that? I love the ceclolted look, too, but it is a process. I plan on redoing my master bedroom this fall. Can't wait! by Sunset posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
Erica, Isn't this ju
Erica, Isn't this just the best gift for your new home!! We plan to install clsoet systems too. I, too, believe RH should offer this option along with there other vendors. I love the medicine clsoet rack, especially since they don't offer medicine cabinets anymore. Must steal that idea!! I already had plan to install one in in my pantry for my spices because there is some dead space behind the door I could use. by Armando posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
Thanks for the info,
Thanks for the info, I ended up going with the bosch gcm12sd. Just waiting for it to arirve. Hope it's as good as they say I'm building a series of sheds for my cousins contractor company and my old miter saw just is too slow and finicky for this undertaking. by Shaki posted on Friday, September 18, 2015

I think its very important to go for value when it comes to folnriog, going for the cheapest option can very often mean spending much more, not just in the long term, but in the medium term too. Go for value not for the cheapest possible, it invariably WILL bite you in the bum by Master posted on Saturday, November 14, 2015

Do you have this Lyptus in solid unfinished planks? If so Quantity? Shipping to Boulder, CO by Tara Beals posted on Monday, July 16, 2018
15 years later
We put Lyptus throughout our 3800 square foot house. We cannot recommend it. The color has permanently faded where there are not area rugs. We cannot change the size of the rugs as the covered area is significantly darker.
Worst issue is scratching. We have dogs and the boards scratch unevenly. Some boards are terribly scratched and the board next to it may have no scratches. Very noticeable.
Also the edges of the prefinished boards are soft and break off exposing a lighter color.
We did not pay any less than we would have for a solid cherry floor and we received a significantly lower quality product.
Look up Eucalyptus trees. You don't want anything related to this tree on your floor. Please note I tried to get help from Weyerhaeuser and they refused. by Gloria Crawford posted on Monday, April 22, 2019
