Wicanders Cork flooring produces micro beveled cork floor with an improved locking system. The system is called Corkloc. Wicanders' Series 100 has an "angle-angle" click, while the new Cork plank has an "angle-drop" click. This allows for a speedier installation process and less problems getting your new cork flooring completed.
he found a lot of truck tarp squares in a dtuspmer once. Would it be OK if they were institutional cafeteria tray vomit pink? The larger question of ecologically appropriate materials and processes is a constant balancing game that I intend to keep playing, with more and more obvious wins as the rounds proceed. I do think there's a risk of local optimization if such concerns tend to drag down the greater good of supporting a viable alternative to (vinyl-upholstered) automotive travel, and I'm having enough trouble doing the latter staying in the game that I see the challenge of finding and testing beeswax-impregnated hemp canvas or whatnot to be a distraction, at the outset anyway. Same thing with flying for business purposes, chrome plating, sourcing parts from entities of dubious environmental beneficence, and delivering via UPS, whose trucks may or may not be full often enough.Besides, what fun is it if you can't leap back and forth from Aristotelian to Kantian ethical reasoning as required? One more thing, since I'm started: concern for the natural environment is not the primary driver of my interest in bicycling and disdain for cars, and this influences my problem-solving process. I don't see emissions and similar toxicities as the main problem with cars, nor even the geopolitical complications of fueling them with nonrenewable resources. These are all big and important problems, and I'll be happy if Stokemonkey can help mitigate them in any way. But my main driver is what cars do to the built environment and to human psyches, bodies, and communities by virtue of their sheer mass, size, speed, and power, and conversely what bikes do on those same things. If push came to shove in a magic world, I'd pick light, small, slowish, partly or wholly human powered bikes as the default local transportation mode for the masses over sunshine-powered Prius-like hypercars for everybody, even if the bikes were made of really nasty stuff and the Prius's came in and out of the compost heap. The previous stock of PET-based electronics enclosures have been Freecycled. A favorite Christmas
A favorite Christmas giuotft of 5 starsWhile trying to decide between the original Ripstick and the Wave for my 12 yr. old son, I found the newer Ripster. I read reviews of how these were lighter weight and you could do tricks more easily. Of course, that caught my attention and I'm glad I purchased this one. This has been one of his favorite and most used Christmas gifts. He was able to take off after the first few tries and was really good after a day or two. His older brother, 17, also picked it up quickly and uses it frequently. I recently heard a friend comment on how much lighter this was than the original Ripstick. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase (although I see they are now cheaper than when I bought) and would highly recommend this. by Open posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
Awesome Riding Toyou
Awesome Riding Toyout of 5 starsWe purchased the Ripster for my son's 6th biardhty and he loves it. He prefers it over all other riding toys. It rides very nicely and is quiet. The size is great for a young kid. It takes a little while to get the hang of it but once they do, it is great. I bought this same red Ripster at Big Lots for $49. I have also seen them at toy stores and sporting good shops for MUCH cheaper than the $170+ price currently listed on this web site. Beware of this VERY high price. You can get this toy for half the price (or even less). by Leo posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
Right-sized for my 7
Right-sized for my 7 and 9 year oldsout of 5 starsSome fdniers taught my kids to ride a Shred Sled, which my kids enjoyed, but now that they have these they really prefer them. They're much lighter weight and easier to maneuver. They're a bit less intimidating than a regular skateboard because they don't suddenly go shooting out from under you in quite the same way they only roll a little bit away if you fall off. For my kids' stances, these are just the right size, and they love setting up slalom courses in the driveway and showing off what tight turns they can do. by Lucas posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
UPS isn't so bad in
UPS isn't so bad in it's execution of truck based-shipping. I work at a UPS sornitg hub, and nearly every trailer we send out that's not time-critical gets filled 95-100%. Tractors often pull 2 trailers, and most are older than I am. The largest hub in the country, Chicago Area Consolidation Hub, has it's own rail yard in addition to trucks. Now if only I can convince them to let me do local deliveries on my X, then we'd be getting somewhere. by Jeanette posted on Friday, September 18, 2015

Never Received the product!!!out of 5 starsI was very dietippoanssd. Not with the product, becase I had to ultimately buy it at Target, but the seller. I NEVER received this product. I ordered it as a Christmas present for my daughter, and it never came. When the delivery finally came from the seller, they sent the WRONG product. And, it arrived AFTER Christmas. Therefore, I went out and bought one directly from the store. by Raka posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
Ripster or other one
Ripster or other one?out of 5 starsWe were unsure what kind of board we will buy for our son. (8years old) At the end we deicded to buy the ripster. I am very happy that we went with it. The WAVE or Ripstik are bigger. Especially the Wave (Street Surfing) board is very hard und big. The Ripster is very flexible and smooth to ride. We allready bought a second one to have even more fun. by Fisher posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
Love the Ripsterout
Love the Ripsterout of 5 starsI just purchased the Ripster for my 12yr. old son not rnleiziag that it was smaller than the original Ripstick. So when we got it, we were surprised at the size and thought that it would not be big enough for him. Turns out that he loves it more because it is much lighter and easier to use than the Ripstick and I am so glad that we ordered it now. by Jantil posted on Friday, September 18, 2015
